Dennis R. Luna

A founding partner of the firm, Mr. Luna was considered one of the top oil and gas attorneys in California.

Mr. Luna served on numerous Los Angeles City Commissions under three mayors including the Los Angeles Community Redevelopment Agency, Recreation and Parks Commission and Community Redevelopment Financing Authority. He also served as Chairman of the Board of the Angels’ Flight Railway Foundation and was a former Director of the Economic Development Corporation of Los Angeles County.

Mr. Luna was a graduate of Harvard Law School and earned a Master of Science in Petroleum Engineering, Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Southern California, School of Petroleum Engineering.
