LOS ANGELES CITY COUNCIL GRANTS CEQA APPEAL

The Los Angeles City Council overturned the decision of the West Los Angeles Area Planning Commission and determined that an environmental review (negative declaration and categorical exemption) were erroneously adopted for a proposed development project in Westwood.  L&G attorneys Rob Glushon and Kristina Kropp represented the Appellant/Tenant in City Council File No. 17-0527.
