LUNA & GLUSHON PREVAIL IN LAWSUIT AGAINST CITY OF WEST HOLLYWOOD

The Los Angeles Superior Court granted summary judgment in favor of a property owner/landlord in a case against the City of West Hollywood to enforce the Ellis Act.  LG Attorney Kristina Kropp was lead litigation counsel.
